Day to day activities
- Developing software for various applications using ROS2
- Applications include navigation, manipulation, hardware acceleration, driver development, simulations
- Remote code deployment and optimisation support
- Work on state of art robotics applications
Required Skills
- Have experience and are skilled in - C++/Python ROS 2
- Should have worked directly on ROS 2 projects in simulation/real environment in an academic or industrial setting
- Background in computer science/robotics or electronics
- Able to adapt quickly and be ready to learn and take up new challenges
- Able to take up responsibility and work independently
Great to have
- Open source contributions to ROS/ROS2
- Professional ROS 2 experience
- Hands on robotics experience with deploying robots in industries
- Experience with using FPGAs and/or GPUs
The applicant must have atleast one year of professional ROS experience or atleast six months of ROS 2 experience or an extraordinary history of contributions in the robotics community at the college/university level
